Each world, continent and territory that is created by a player (which be accessible; if a room is created, by that player through a portal located in the Anesidora room.) And each world, continent and territory will follow the rules and government set up by the owner and mods of that room. No rules, or laws of government can be carried over into another world, continent and territory (unless the rules are exactly the same in both rooms). For Anesidora, the government is ran by a council of members comprised up of each individual area that is connected to the realm.
The Anesidora Constitution
We the players of Anesidora, in order to form a more perfect and prosperous commutative union, one of which establishes Justice, Equal Opportunity, Tranquility, Democracy, and promotes the general welfare and stability of the game - which secures our rights as roleplayers, and our creed as roleplayers to ourselves and to all others establish this constitution for Anesidora and all who become apart of it.
Article 1 Section 1. - The Roleplayer Bill of Rights -
I. I have the right to choose who I roleplay with.
II. I have the right to control over my own character's actions.
III. I have the right to control over my character's development and nature. No one may alter my character's biography without my permission.
IV. If my character dies permanently, I have the right to create another character (without having to rename or create a new account).
V. I have the right to refuse any role-play that makes me uncomfortable, especially sexual or strongly violent role-play, without negative consequences on my character or myself.
VI. I have a right to my own opinion, and the right to voice it in a reasonable non-offensive manner that will not be the subject of flaming or bullying.
VII. I have the right to be excused from roleplay for real life obligations.
VIII. My character may serve a leader In-Character, but Out-of-Character I am a player and I have the right to be autonomous and treated with respect.
IX: I have a right to not participate in metagaming, godmodding, or other negative roleplay habits that are disruptive to the community.
X: I have the right to own my own creations and ideas.
XI: I have the right to ask for a retcon of cannon roleplay if I make a mistake or error due to an Out-of-character/Real Life Influence.
XII: I have a right to socialize and do as I please in Out-of-Character settings even if those I socialize with are in competing or enemy In-Character Groups.
XIII. I have a right to moderate my own rooms as I see fit, and will do so responsibly in a manner suiting the occasion and audience.
Article 2. Section 1. -The Roleplayer Creed-
I. For the respect of other players and for the respect of the game, I will maintain the illusion of the game by staying in character whenever possible. If i must break character, I will withhold my out of character comments until absolutely necessary and even then I will whisper or ICQ them to the one directed towards and not to just other players.
II. If I discuss the game with other players out of character, I will not allow my character to be influenced by this knowledge that I have gained without express permission of the other players. I will take the time to allow my character to learn these things on his or her own during the course of the game.
III. I will separate myself as a player from my character as much as possible. While I understand that a lot of myself goes into my character and because the game is so very intense there will be times where real emotions will be drawn from me as a player, however I will try to not let the emotions I am having personally influence my character as I understand that my character is not me.
IV. If I the player am not in the mood to play, I won't interrupt other players games by coming into it out of character. I will find others who are not in character and go somewhere meant for out of character discussion.
V. I will not use my character as a vehicle for racism or bigotry etc. I will not use my character to promote child pornography or bestiality etc out of character. I, as a player, understand that there is no room for such things and will, to the best of my ability, not let it seep into the virtual world.
VI. If I, as a player, feel that my character has been treated unfairly or that another character has overstepped the bounds of their abilities, I will approach the other character's player privately and discuss the situation in a calm adult manner and try to come to a resolution or compromise - if one cannot be met and tempers do seem to become heated then the game will cease and we shall separate ourselves from one another in a respectable manner, and will not bash the other simply because a conclusion could not be met.
VII. I will accept the hand that is dealt me in the game, understanding that it is a game and it's not about winning or losing- becoming a god of the game etc, but about playing.
VIII. I will not allow setbacks in the game to be blown out of proportion. If I am overly emotional about what is happening, I as a player will remove myself from the game until I have gained composure, and I as a respectable player will not add to the game being setback anymore.
IX. I will not carry grudges against fellow players. My character might not like another character, but again, I am not my character, simply a player within the game and I understand that they are not their 'characters' and not the player that they portray.
X. If I find that I simply can not get along with another player, I will avoid playing with them. But I will do so in a way that does not draw attention and I will not badmouth or otherwise slander the other player as such actions only makes myself, as a player in the game look bad and brings shame into the community and the other players who play the game.
XI. If my character is killed, I will obviously grieve for the loss, but I will also view the situation as an opportunity for me to grow as a player. By starting anew with a fresh identity, I will be able to leave all the negatives of that character behind - any grudges, dislikes or just plain bad habits- and take away the good, thus making my next character even better and more interesting.
XII. I, as a player, will keep an open mind and allow people to play their characters the way their imagination leads them regardless if their interpretation matches that of some book, guideline or creed. (I will however ask them to be creative)
Article 3. Section 1. -The Foreign Policy-
I. The CoR, Desiire Dynasty, The Aoir, and the AWC have supreme authority over all matters concerning political matters, foreign relations, and war.
II. The CoR is made of strictly the leaders of Groups, Clans, Kingdoms Etc.
The CoR ‘s Gado is their police force - The moderation to be the check of the balance system.
III. The Desiire Dynasty acts as a third party on all political, foreign, and war related issues. The preservers, protectors and Guides who checkers of the Checker (The Gato)
IV. The Aoir is strictly made up of the guilds within each kingdom etc. Which represents the Kingdoms etc. In absence of their leader and acts as the face of their group/kingdom for Honor, Glory, and War related issues.
And the AWC is both made up of the leaders and their guilds together for acts of territorial, civil, and foreign vs. Alliance Wars.
V. The Desiire Dynasty will act as an executive officer in these matters with guidance from the three higher offices if the situation dictates. Any and all foreign communication concerning alliances, trade, declarations of war, peace negotiation, and public relations will fall into the office of the Dynasty’s realm of responsibility till the matter is dealt with.
Kingdoms within the Union shall and will be able to claim their area “at peace”, in dispute”, or at war” when it comes to civil, foreign, and territorial sieges. As each “location” within the factions and outside of them on Anesidora hold specific power properties and field advantages with substances that kingdoms etc. Can mine for personal use; These sieges are done by the guilds not individuals, and happen at specific times(like an event).
VI. The IMVU universe and other rp communities to the known universe is in actuality a big place in which everyone is attempting to combine. Obviously, with such a large number of people playing not all of them will interact with each other, this will be the specific policy regarding how things are handled in both a domestic and foreign way.
OOC and IC will never Mix. Those apart if these councils will never start, or participate in, wars/fights in-character that were started due to out-of-character conflict or drama. This violates the rules of meta-gaming the Roleplayer Creed, Constitution, and the Roleplayer Bill of Rights, and will not be tolerated. Players need to be mature enough to handle issues out of character.
In the event of a foreign war (a war with an outside party not within the council)
Please Note that we will never be the ones to initiate, we as a Union will request for assistance from Allies in combat as the situation calls for them.
VII. However most of the time; the Desiire Dynasty will act as border guards (the front line) to the allied kingdoms first, closing portals and doors to realms and kingdoms to keep those who aren't ready or skilled to fight safe and to preserve the kingdoms.
In the event that another nation attacks one of our allies, we shall all offer assistance any way that we can as this is what the alliance and union-ship is supposed to do.
During war times between either ourselves or another country, or allies, diplomatic activity will cease between warring nations.
VIII. The Union will never declare war on another nation without sufficient reason.
IX. Upon Victory, victors will split the lands in an equal amount and share the spoils equally as well.
X. Transfer of platforms-Anesidora acts as a way point not to just other kingdoms etc. But to other realms and platforms (websites which Anesidora is on) nothing will transfer over into foreign realms unless it exists there or is a-part of the original characters char. Sheet/Bio.I.e if everyone has a plague and u transfer to a different website and the plague isn't there/doesn't exist - you don't have it, but once u transfer back over u will have it (even if people have been cured- cause u missed out). Same for weapons, objects, artifacts etc
Article 4. Section 1. - Governing -
I. All powers herein granted shall be vested in the official councils within Anesidora setup. (By the players who developed the rp of the game/ have passed it on to the next line to run).
II. No kingdom, clan, family, empire, dynasty, empire, or group of individuals shall be a representative of said group unless they have been deemed so by the leader and it's been recognized by the councils of Anesidora.
III. All group leaders within the council shall only hold one seat and one vote. Each seat within the council holds equal value to the next.
IV. Amendments, Bills, Rules Etc. in which need to be passed shall be voted upon if they are non-war related the AOIR and CoR shall be the one to handle such issues. However if it is War related or Territorial disputes - The leaders and their guilds (Which is what the AWC is comprised of shall handle and vote on the issues.
V. Each Kingdom, Dynasty, or Empire shall have a guild established beneath of it which is registered to the AOIR, an that Guild shall represent the kingdom seat within the AWC or in the AOIR (should a leader be absent)
Guilds are to be looked upon as the "Face/Image" of a Kingdom, Dynasty or Empire - in which they represent.
VI. No Group connected to Anesidora shall enter into a alliance with outside groups unless recognized by the AOIR.
VII. Each Group connected to Anesidora is required to save logs, and snapshot proof of evidence in disputes.

VIII. Each group connected to Anesidora shall have at least one moderator within them - one who files reports to their leader (who sends it directly to Anesidora) about the activities taking place within the group, questions people may have about the rp - disputes, alliances, roleplay questions and rp in general etc. The moderator must never use their power for personal use or use their abilities to kick, boot, ban etc. due to their personal emotions and beliefs - it is only when a member takes offense and the issue doesn't cease - will they save the log take a snapshot and add it to their report to give to their leader and Anesidora.
IX. Anesidora will hold many events, festivals etc. and one of these events will give the rite of passage and power over a kingdom from one leader to another.
X. No Kingdom shall keep troops for war or sieging territories - "Ready" at their boarders if the area is "At Peace"
within Anesidora - this is unfair to all if you pre-prep for the event of taking territory. Only in area's that are "In Dispute"
XI. All felonies in which go against the Constitution of Anesidora will be dealt with by the CoR & AOIR.
XII. Treason against Anesidora on any platform shall consist as levying war against them and adhering to their enemies. Of course kingdoms etc. within Anesidora may have high temper ROLEPLAY-ONLY-RELATED-FEUDS for the sake of fun, and storyline but never to the point in which causes the groups connected to Anesidora to want to commit Treason.
